Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities and site operations.
• Monitor manpower, subcontractors, and work progress to ensure works are completed according to schedule.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Supervise high-rise structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel to resolve site issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper quality of workmanship.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure materials are properly stored and used.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and progress documentation.
• Attend site meetings and assist in work planning, coordination, and scheduling.
• Report any site issues, delays, defects, or non-compliance to the Project Manager / Construction Manager.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Construction Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in high-rise construction.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and safety requirements.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with subcontractors and site teams.
• Work Location Klang Valley, Setia Alam, Setapak

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
