Diploma in Beauty, Aesthetics, Business, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the aesthetic or beauty industry is preferred, or equivalent experience in the personal care, beauty, wellness, or fitness service industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably familiar with CRM software.

Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel within the assigned territory when required.

Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to the company’s market demographics.

Positive attitude, strong customer focus, and a results-driven approach.

Salary range: RM3,000 to RM10,000 onwards (based on experience).

Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Promote and sell the company’s skincare, aesthetic, and beauty equipment brands to existing and prospective customers.

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty salons, aesthetic clinics, spas, wellness centres, and other relevant business clients.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales consultations where required.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and address potential challenges.

Follow up with customers regularly to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, market trends, and business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, customer service, and after-sales support.

Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the team and business objectives.
