Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in project management within the foundations and basement construction industry.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and identifying potential delays.

Coordinate and manage all project team members, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
