• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in heavy machinery operations or maintenance, preferably in construction
• Good knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and DOSH regulations
• Supervisory experience with operators or technicians is an advantage
• Familiar with CIDB/DOSH certification requirements
• Comfortable using fleet/maintenance tracking systems and MS Office/Excel
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Hands-on, organized and able to work under pressure on-site

• Coordinate daily and weekly machinery deployment schedules across project sites
• Assist in managing heavy equipment including excavators, cranes, loaders, compactors and generators
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and follow up on servicing to minimize downtime
• Monitor machinery utilization, fuel consumption and operating costs
• Maintain machinery inventory records, service logs and related documentation
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with DOSH requirements and site safety standards
• Supervise machine operators and maintenance technicians on-site
• Coordinate with Foreman and warehouse/store personnel on parts, tools and equipment inventory
• Assist in investigating machinery breakdowns and incidents
• Liaise with site supervisors and Machinery Manager on machinery availability
• Follow up on insurance, road tax and statutory inspection renewals
