Able to support emergency operational situations outside normal working hours when necessary

Assist to execute solution and prepare Functional Specification.

Responsible for interacting with business users for requirement gathering and providing timely updates on progress made.

Assist to prepare test plans (unit, integration, UAT).

Assist to coordinate with stakeholders and end-users to conduct effective UAT and collect feedback for refinement.

Assist to develop training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides specific to the iGFMAS project.
