Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will manage daily library circulation tasks using the library management system, assist with book data updates, handle payment collections and receipts for memberships and courses, administer course enrolments, and maintain the library’s cleanliness and organization.
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily library circulation duties, including borrowing and returning of books, and maintain accurate loan records using the library management system
Assist with entering and updating new book details
Collect payments for library membership fees, late penalties and other applicable charges, and issue receipts where required
Manage course enrolment administration, including processing registrations, collecting course fees and issuing receipts
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the library, including organising and arranging books neatly on shelves
Any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
Wednesday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (off Monday & Tuesday)
5 days per week
Must be available to work on weekends
Basic computer knowledge is required
