Responsibilities
Salary: SGD $4,200 - $5,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Multiple locations across Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the receiving, inspection, storage, movement, and release of catering equipment and operational assets.
Oversee inventory control activities, including equipment tracking, stock accuracy, and discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate equipment availability with operational teams to meet daily flight catering requirements.
Plan manpower deployment, supervise daily operations, and monitor staff productivity and performance.
Ensure equipment meets cleanliness, quality, and operational standards before release for use.
Maintain compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and company procedures.
Investigate operational issues, equipment shortages, delays, and discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, production, inventory management, or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage manpower planning and daily operational activities.
Experience in inventory control, equipment handling, or logistics operations will be advantageous.
Committed to maintaining workplace safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
