Overview
A leading global engineering and technology organization is seeking a Senior IT Business Partner to lead IT strategy, service delivery, and technology initiatives across a key business division. This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic business engagement with operational oversight, ensuring that IT investments and capabilities support business priorities and broader enterprise objectives.

Responsibilities

Reporting to senior IT and business leadership, you will serve as the primary technology partner to the business division, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape IT strategy, establish priorities, and drive technology initiatives. You will oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, service delivery performance, and a portfolio of IT programs and projects, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business objectives. Leading a team of IT business partners, project managers, and support professionals, you will foster collaboration across centralized IT functions and business units to deliver reliable, responsive IT services. You will also drive the adoption of enterprise IT policies, governance frameworks, and cybersecurity standards across local and overseas operations, while ensuring successful implementation of group-wide technology initiatives.

Requirements
You should hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, together with a recognized IT project management certification. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of progressive IT experience, with a proven track record in a senior IT leadership role. A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and SAP ERP systems is important, alongside a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills are essential, with the ability to engage senior executives while maintaining oversight of operational delivery.
