Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Monitor equipment performance, in-line SPC data, defects, and abnormalities to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain equipment capability and reliability to meet production requirements and MNT's core KPI's
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support timely recovery to minimize production downtime.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with Production and Process Engineers to ensure equipment availability and smooth production operations.
• Support investigations into equipment-related defects and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and production performance.
• Assist in evaluating new equipment, materials, and equipment modifications to improve productivity and product quality.
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A Bachelor’s in any Engineering or a related semiconductor field.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of thin film deposition chemistry, plasma physics, and gas-phase reactions.
• Familiar in Applied Materials Tools ( PECVD, ALD, LPCVD, SACVD) is highly desired.
• Competence using maintenance databases (e.g., Maximo, SAP) and analyzing equipment logs, FDC traces, or sensor data to predict failures.
• Highly knowledge in Vacuum process
