• Social Media Management
• Manage and update company social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Create and post engaging content regularly.
• Assist in planning social media content and promotional activities.
• Video Content Creation
• Record marketing and promotional videos using a smartphone.
• Create simple TikTok videos, Instagram Reels and other short-form content.
• Edit videos using basic editing applications such as CapCut.
• Graphic Design & Posters
• Design promotional posters, recruitment advertisements, menus and marketing materials.
• Prepare creative designs for social media posts, campaigns and company announcements.
• Assist with other design tasks requested by management.
• SOP Design & Documentation
• Prepare and design Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) materials.
• Create clear and easy-to-understand SOP posters, guidelines and visual instructions.
• Update existing SOP designs when required.
• General Marketing Support
• Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Take photos and videos of products, outlets and company events when required.
• Carry out other marketing and design-related tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No professional working experience required.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other simple design and editing applications.
• Able to create posters and short videos for social media.
• Creative, willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Comfortable recording videos using a smartphone.
• Must have own laptop for editing.
• Able to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
