• Coordinate construction activities from project commencement to completion to achieve project timelines, budgets, quality targets, and safety requirements.

• Work with the Project Manager to establish construction schedules, allocate resources, monitor progress, and resolve site-related challenges.

• Review technical drawings, construction details, and specifications to identify discrepancies and ensure buildability.

• Coordinate with consultants to obtain and follow up on required technical submissions, construction documentation, and Method Statements of Works (MOS).

• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship, material compliance, and adherence to approved construction methods.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure effective work sequencing.

• Supervise daily site operations and provide technical support to site engineers and construction personnel.

• Support the implementation of WSH requirements, site safety procedures, and quality management practices.

• Monitor project costs, review contractor invoices and variation claims, and report potential budget issues.

• Prepare progress reports covering construction status, technical concerns, quality issues, safety matters, and schedule performance.

• Liaise with the Project Manager and HOD – Engineering on project matters and carry out other duties as assigned.
