Working location: Tuas office and project sites islandwide
Working hours: 5.5-day work week
Monday–Friday: 8.00am–5.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am–12.00pm
Our client is an established engineering group specialising in construction equipment, lifting and access solutions. They are seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to coordinate site activities, manpower, equipment and project schedules.
Candidates with transferable experience from construction, engineering, M&E, equipment servicing or related industries are encouraged to apply.
Job Scope:
Assist the Head of Operations in coordinating daily project and site activities.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, transportation and deliveries to project sites.
Support equipment installation, maintenance, shifting and dismantling activities.
Liaise with customers, main contractors, site personnel and internal departments on project schedules and work progress.
Conduct site visits and monitor work progress to ensure timely project execution.
Attend site meetings and assist in resolving operational and site-related issues.
Prepare and submit project documents, work reports and inspection records.
Ensure site activities comply with safety requirements, manufacturers’ specifications and customer expectations.
Support site inspections, equipment handovers and user training when required.
Maintain complete and accurate project records.
Perform other project and operations duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
Experience in project coordination, site supervision, construction, engineering, equipment servicing or a related industry is advantageous.
Must possess a valid Singapore driving/riding licence and own a car or motorcycle.
Comfortable travelling to project sites and coordinating supervisors and workers.
Able to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, site personnel and internal departments.
