Job Descriptions:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, inspections, and servicing of production machinery, CNC machines, overhead cranes, hoists, travel lifts, air compressors, and other industrial equipment to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective maintenance management system, including maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment registers, and maintenance records.
• Manage and coordinate facilities improvement works, machinery installation, equipment upgrading, and repair projects, including contractor supervision, quotation evaluation, project scheduling, and cost control.
• Ensure all facilities, machinery, and equipment comply with applicable Malaysian statutory requirements, occupational safety and health regulations, inspection requirements, and certification renewals.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality workmanship, timely project completion, compliance with safety requirements, and cost-effective service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel, assign work responsibilities, and collaborate closely with the Production and other departments to resolve maintenance issues and minimize operational disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, monitor equipment performance, analyse recurring breakdowns, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, facility performance, and overall operational efficiency.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Preferably 5–10 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, facilities management, or manufacturing operations.
• Good knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical and electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and facilities management.
• Experience in contractor supervision, project coordination, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Good communication, organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
