Job Summary

You will elicit and document business and reporting requirements for sustainability domains, translate complex data needs into actionable business rules and data definitions, and engage stakeholders to deliver clear, decision-ready documentation supporting digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business, reporting, and user requirements across sustainability domains to support project objectives
• Define and maintain business rules, data requirements, traceability, and decision logs to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Facilitate workshops and conduct current-state assessments to validate stakeholder requirements and secure acceptance of deliverables
• Contribute to the development of taxonomy, data dictionary, strategy roadmap, product backlog, and implementation plans for data initiatives
• Translate business or reporting needs into clear definitions, business rules, data requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide development
• Engage and facilitate stakeholders by preparing clear, decision-ready documentation to support informed decision-making
• Analyze data using relevant metrics to support risk management and business insights
• Understand and interpret complex workflows and large data sets within the Asset & Wealth Management context to inform analysis and recommendations
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Experience within a risk management context to assess and mitigate potential data and business risks
• Solid understanding of the Asset & Wealth Management franchise to align data initiatives with business goals
• Aptitude for handling large data sets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decisions
