The role involves overseeing SEA Markets Store Systems enhancement, leading projects, providing technical leadership, managing vendor relationships, and aligning operations across regional markets while ensuring effective communication and strategic alignment with brand goals.

·    Responsible for SEA Markets Store Systems enhancement and maintenance.

·    Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions, including the budget proposal for Management Approval.

·    Serve as Project manager, leading design of application and integration, tests, and delivery of solutions.

·    Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle.

·    Developing proof-of-concept process to validate proposed solutions.

·    Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions.

·    Regularly communicating new features and benefits to functional users, customers, and stakeholders. Align and collaborate new initiatives among markets.

·    Take responsibility for managing and coordinating operations across various regional markets while ensuring alignment with brand-specific goals and strategies.

·    Maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring effective communication, negotiating contracts, and managing performance to meet company standards and objectives.
