PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO BUSINESS OWNER

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and responsible Personal Assistant to work directly with the business owner, providing both business and personal administrative support.

The ideal candidate must be independent, resourceful and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who can eventually become a trusted right-hand person to the business owner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the business owner's calendar, appointments and meetings.
• Arrange travel, hotels, transportation and personal errands.
• Coordinate and follow up with staff, vendors and external parties.
• Monitor daily tasks, deadlines and outstanding matters.
• Assist with invoices, payments, payroll and commission administration.
• Coordinate operations between different business departments.
• Conduct research, prepare reports and propose solutions.
• Handle confidential business and personal matters.
• Travel around Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur and Selangor when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• Experience supporting a CEO, Founder or Director is an advantage.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Proactive, independent and good at problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.

WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS

• Generally 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexible timing depending on the business owner's schedule.
