Key Responsibilities｜主要職責

• 達成公司銷售目標，積極開發新客戶及擴大客戶基礎 Achieve company sales goals; proactively acquire new clients and expand the customer base.

• 管理企業、學校及教育機構客戶，提升客戶留存及重複銷售 Manage corporate, school and education-institution accounts to strengthen retention and repeat business.

• 了解客戶需要，提供度身訂造的設計、攝影、印刷、製衣或工程服務方案 Understand client needs and provide tailored design, photography, printing, garment, or engineering service solutions.

• 負責報價、建議書、投標文件、合約條款及商務談判，提升中標率及成交率 Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and contract terms; conduct commercial negotiations to improve win and conversion rates.

• 與設計、製作、項目管理及營運團隊合作，確保項目準時交付及客戶滿意 Collaborate with design, production, project management and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

• 定期檢視銷售數據及市場趨勢，提出改善銷售表現的行動計劃 Review sales data and market trends regularly; propose action plans to improve sales performance.

• 協助管理及培訓初級銷售人員，提升團隊整體 KPI 表現 Assist in managing and training junior sales staff to improve overall team KPI performance.
  
  

Requirements｜入職要求

• 5 年或以上 B2B 銷售、客戶管理、商務拓展或項目銷售經驗 5 years or above of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or project sales.

• 有學校、教育、印刷、製衣、活動、工程或服務方案銷售經驗者優先 Experience in school, education, printing, garment, event, engineering, or service-solution sales is preferred.

• 具備良好的目標感及自我推動力，習慣以KPI、數據及銷售管道管理工作 Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with experience managing work through KPIs, data and sales pipelines.

• 能獨立撰寫計劃書、報價及投標文件 Able to independently prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

• 出色的談判、簡報及客戶關係管理能力 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

• 良好廣東話、普通話及英語 Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua, and English.

• 積極、抗壓力強，能同時處理多個客戶及項目 Proactive, resilient, and able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
