Responsibilities
Skillset (Must have):
Minimum 5 years of business-facing application support or Site/ Production Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving complex system issues across multiple technology layers.
Experience in supporting triage, incident management, and problem management.
Proficient in Control-M, Unix commands/Bash, and Shell scripting.
Good knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS and/or Azure) and Cloud-Native technologies.
Experience with Linux and containerization (Kubernetes).
Experience with monitoring/scheduling tools such as Autosys, Control-M, Datadog, Terraform.
A great attitude and a proactive learner.
Hands on experience in supporting business facing applications and users.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Possess positive learning and collaborative mindset.
Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
