We are seeking an experienced Senior / HR Executive who is passionate about people and eager to drive the full spectrum of HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and compensation & benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle for all levels, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand real hiring needs beyond job descriptions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to support competitive, fair, and consistent hiring decisions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract, engage, and retain high-quality talent.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, promotions, disciplinary matters, and offboarding.
- Manage and administer leave, attendance, claims, and other HR-related records with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee employee benefits programmes (e.g. insurance, medical, wellness initiatives) and ensure they are well-communicated and effectively managed.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices in line with organizational needs and legal requirements.
- Lead and coordinate performance management cycles, ensuring timely completion, quality evaluations, and constructive feedback.
- Prepare and issue HR-related documentation, including letters, memos, and official correspondences.
- Generate, analyze, and present HR reports and dashboards to provide insights and support strategic decision-making by management.
Pre-requisites:
- Proven HR generalist experience with strong hands-on exposure to recruitment, payroll, employee development, and end-to-end HR operations.
- Strong computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), MS Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills, with hands-on experience in managing industrial relations (IR) matters.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Assertive, confident, and proactive, with the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Team-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive, collaborative working environment.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
