ELLEUMINATE Hiring! Full Time Communication Trainer in - Ricebowl

THE ROLE

We're looking for Communication Trainers to join the ELLEUMINATE academy and teach business communication, executive presence, and storytelling to mid-career professionals (our Quiet High Achiever community).

This is a contractor role where you design, deliver, and iterate on your own communication training curriculum within the ELLEUMINATE platform. You'll work directly with us on cohort launches, deliver live or hybrid sessions, and coach participants through real communication challenges — presentations, stakeholder conversations, difficult feedback, visibility, and influence.

We're not looking for someone to execute a pre-built curriculum. We want a practitioner who brings their own expertise, adapts the training to learner needs, and builds a reputation as a go-to communication coach within our community.

YOU'LL OWN

Curriculum Design:

• Develop your signature communication methodology or executive presence framework
• Design training materials, case studies, real-world scenarios aligned to business communication and professional influence
• Create engaging, practical learning experiences (classroom, virtual, or hybrid)
• Cover topics such as: storytelling, presentation skills, difficult conversations, stakeholder communication, executive presence, negotiation communication, visibility, thought leadership

Live Delivery:

• Facilitate cohort-based training sessions (live or hybrid delivery)
• Coach participants through real communication challenges in their own roles
• Deliver presentation practice, role-playing exercises, and feedback sessions
• Mentor individual participants on communication wins (securing buy-in, influencing leaders, building visibility)

Continuous Improvement:

• Gather participant feedback and iterate on curriculum
• Track training effectiveness (did they secure stakeholder buy-in? Improve their visibility? Land promotions or opportunities?)
• Stay current on communication, leadership, and influence trends
• Adapt your approach based on participant needs and outcomes

Entrepreneurial Operation:

• You build and market your training offering within ELLEUMINATE
• You own your participant experience from pre-training through post-training support
• You're accountable for participant outcomes and satisfaction

YOU BRING

Core Requirements:

• ACLP certification (WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance or equivalent adult education qualification)
• 5+ years in business communication, executive coaching, presentation coaching, or training delivery
• Proven expertise in executive presence, storytelling, or business communication — you've coached leaders, built high-impact presentations, or taught communication skills with measurable outcomes
• Strong understanding of professional communication dynamics (influence, credibility, visibility, stakeholder dynamics, executive communication)
• Track record designing and delivering engaging training — classroom, virtual, coaching, or presentation formats
• Ability to translate your communication expertise into teachable frameworks (methodologies, models, mental frameworks)

NOT REQUIRED BUT VALUED

• Experience training entrepreneurs, founders, or high-growth company leaders
• Background in executive coaching or leadership development
• Coaching certifications (ICF, WBECS, etc.)
• Experience with digital learning platforms or managing cohort-based courses
• Track record of outcomes (e.g., % of participants who got promoted, improved engagement scores, secured key deals through better communication)
• Personal brand or following in the communication/leadership space
• Experience with video/recorded delivery or multimedia learning design
• Background in HR, L&D, or organizational development

THE ELLEUMINATE COMMUNITY

Your communication training should speak to how they build visibility through confident communication, influence leaders, secure buy-in, and command respect in the room.

COMPENSATION

Revenue split for experienced trainers with their own track record and reputation in communication coaching

• You scale your income as you attract more participants and run multiple cohorts

• Participants report high satisfaction (4.5+ out of 5 rating)
• Participants apply what they learned — they secure buy-in from leaders, improve their presence in meetings, build visibility, or land new roles with better compensation
• You build a reputation — participants recommend you; referrals come naturally
• You iterate and improve — each cohort is stronger than the last
• You scale — from 1 cohort to multiple cohorts running, potentially building a team under you
