About The Job.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end deal creation and transaction execution to drive cross-border investments and strategic growth across the regional market.

• Originate and manage a regional pipeline of sell-side and buy-side deal opportunities through proactive market mapping.
• Build, review, and stress-test comprehensive financial valuation models to evaluate investment opportunities and transaction structures.
• Direct cross-border transaction processes, including financial due diligence, non-binding offer preparation, and deal structuring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal, tax, and technical advisors to facilitate seamless transaction execution through to closing.
• Prepare strategic investment materials and pitch presentations for key corporate decision-makers and executive stakeholders.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required.

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, or CPA highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in corporate finance, deal advisory, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Strong technical capability in advanced financial modeling, business valuation methodologies, and transaction execution.
• Proven track record or strong capacity for proactive deal origination and market mapping across regional sectors.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate strategic concepts to senior executives.
