Responsibilities
Purchasing & Planning Executive
What you'll do
Purchasing
Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms and contracts for cost-effective, on-time supply
Issue POs and process goods receiving
Resolve issues with supplier with regards to quality, delivery or pricing
Maintain accurate procurement records, including POs, contracts and supplier performance reports
Planning & Inventory
Prepare work orders for in-house production
Plan material requirements for production and trading, based on firm orders and forecasts
Monitor inventory movement and prepare monthly stock reviews
Work with Sales, Logistics and Operations to keep procurement and production running smoothly
What we're looking for
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field
At least 2 years' experience in purchasing, procurement, planning or operations, ideally in manufacturing
Hands-on experience with an ERP system
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (lookups, pivot tables); Word is also used
