JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for managing the Company's e-commerce platforms and social media channels, including Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. The role focuses on online store management, live hosting, customer engagement, content, and supporting online sales growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms and online stores.
• Update product listings, pricing, promotions, and product information.
• Manage social media platforms and assist with content creation.
• Host live-streaming sessions and confidently present products on camera.
• Engage with viewers and respond to customer enquiries.
• Support online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor online sales, engagement, and platform performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve online engagement and sales.
• Keep updated with e-commerce and social media trends.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Management.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, social media, or live hosting is an advantage.
• Familiar with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of a camera.
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to engage with an online audience.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Creative and able to develop engaging content ideas.
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven.
• Able to manage multiple platforms and work independently.
• Willing to work according to live-streaming schedules when required.
• Exposure to marketplace ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, TikTok Ads) is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
