DHL Global Forwarding Hiring! Full Time Intern, CDZ in Johor - Ricebowl

This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in CDZ (Custom Declaration) Department. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.

Job Description

• Customer billing report submission.
• Update and keep track cheque for duty clearance
• Update status clearance loading list report.
• COR reporting & return to CDZ billing.
• Sorting COR for the arrangement to respective customer.
• Communicate with runner to expedite COR return to office.
• Customer report & documents compilation.
• Support job creation via internal system (CW1)
• Update status clearance duty shipment & upload duty COR into CW1.
  
  
  

To be successful in this internship, these are the requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain. Intake for Oct 2026 onwards.
• It will be added advantage if you have previous experience dealing with customers.
• Being able to write and speak professionally in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• This internship location is at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
