• Handle customer enquiries for the Hong Kong market through non-voice channels
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers when required
• Follow up on customer cases and provide timely assistance
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary
• Maintain service quality and meet required KPIs
