Working Hours:

• Mon–Thu 8:00am–5:30pm
• Fri 8:00am–5:00pm

Key Roles

• Manage school/student ICT devices (loans, apps, troubleshooting, restoration)

• Supervise Desktop Engineers; assist staff/students with technical support

• Support ICT procurement and liaise with external vendors

• Manage ICT accounts and password resets

• Update the official school website

• Coordinate procurement, installation, and maintenance of AV equipment

• Manage operations and maintenance of the Media Studio

• Conduct quarterly AV stock-takes and report damages/losses

• Help teachers set up and troubleshoot AV equipment

• Provide AV support for events

• Assist Media Club CCA in logistical and technical matters

• Manage and update the TV Messaging System

• Take, edit, and process photos for publications

• Conduct ICT training for students and teachers

• Perform other assigned ICT-related duties

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or related field

• Team player with good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with operating and maintaining ICT & AV equipment/applications in a school

• Preferably 3 years' coaching experience in ICT-related programmes
