Role Description The HVAC/BMS Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for driving sales of HVAC and Building Management System solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing technical and commercial support to customers and partners. The role involves preparing and delivering sales proposals, quotations, and presentations, as well as coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports. This position also requires regular visits to client sites, participation in industry events, and collaboration with regional and headquarters teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS solutions, and building automation concepts, with the ability to explain technical features and benefits to clients.
• Proven sales, business development, and account management experience in HVAC, BMS, or related building services industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project-based sales cycles, including tendering, contract negotiation, and coordination with engineering or project delivery teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, mechanical/electrical fields, building services, or a related discipline is highly beneficial.
• Experience in the Singapore or regional construction, MEP, or building automation market is an advantage; fluency in English is required, Mandarin is a added advantage.
