Job Summary

You will manage corporate travel arrangements using Sabre GDS, ensuring accurate flight bookings, ticketing, and customer service. You will communicate professionally with clients and airline representatives while resolving travel-related issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use Sabre GDS to perform flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and ticketing-related services accurately and efficiently.
• Manage corporate travel arrangements including flight bookings, fare quotations, ticket changes, and responding to travel-related enquiries to meet client needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken, with clients, colleagues, and airline representatives to ensure smooth travel coordination.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach.
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve travel issues promptly while maintaining attention to detail under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate proactively with team members, demonstrating responsibility, organization, and a willingness to learn to support team goals.
• Leverage prior corporate travel management experience to enhance travel service delivery and client satisfaction.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in corporate travel management and airline ticketing is advantageous.
