Responsibilities
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, ensuring food safety, and achieving business operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant outlet.
Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor food quality, customer service, and overall dining experience.
Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement of restaurant supplies.
Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally.
Monitor sales performance, operational expenses, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure the restaurant meets required operating standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and management on operational matters.
Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance business performance.
Job Requirements:
Relevant experience in restaurant operations or food and beverage management.
Good leadership, communication, and staff management skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
