4. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture

Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, team bonding sessions, celebrations and company events.

Act as an approachable point of contact for employees on general HR enquiries and concerns.

5. Performance Management & Employee Development

Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals and employee development discussions.

Track employee training progress and follow up with relevant reporting managers.

Support performance improvement plans and employee relations matters.

6. HR Process Improvement

Explore opportunities to streamline HR operations through digital tools and automation.

Requirements

Preferably 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in a generalist or recruitment-focused role.

Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to interact with employees at different levels.

Detail-oriented, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in the education industry is an advantage but not essential.

Join us and play an important role in building the team behind our students' success!

Founded in 2017, Achievers Dream is a Chemistry Specialist Tuition Centre dedicated to helping students truly understand the subject — not just memorise it. We’re one of the few centres in Singapore with an NEA-approved Chemistry lab, where students get to learn in a real, guided setting. Our structured learning system breaks down difficult topics into manageable steps and real-life examples that make learning more relatable. We believe in clear teaching, solid systems, and a team that supports one another and takes pride in seeing students improve.
