We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented F&B Captain / Executive to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets and banquet events. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets and banquet functions.
• Supervise and guide service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.
• Coordinate banquet setup, service, and event arrangements.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel operating procedures.
• Assist with stock control and daily operational reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B service or hotel operations.
• Experience in outlet and banquet operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
