Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, and working closely with the other sales team to effectively sell our frozen seafood products to supermarkets, distributors, hotels and restaurants.
Responsibilities:
To achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.
Collaborate with the executive team to set sales goals and budgets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Negotiate major contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
Monitor and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and budget adherence.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and strategies to senior management.
Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the seafood or food distribution industry. Networking with hotels industry will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Knowledge of frozen seafood products, industry trends, and distribution channels.
Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and adapt strategies accordingly.
