Accounts Assistant (Accounts Payable)

Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 per month
Location: Gul Crescent (No transport provided)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Contract Duration: 3–6 months, negotiable
Please note that conversion to a permanent position is not guaranteed.

• Process supplier invoices promptly and ensure all invoices are updated in the accounting system.

• Handle payment processing and ensure timely payments to suppliers.

• Process monthly corporate credit card expenses and employee claims.

• Register new vendors in SAP and liaise with suppliers on outstanding accounts.

• Respond to supplier enquiries and reconcile supplier statements.

• Prepare journal vouchers and ensure timely month-end accounts payable closing.

• Monitor petty cash, perform bank reconciliations and resolve related discrepancies.

• Prepare weekly cash flow reports.

• Support process improvement initiatives.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
