Job Description

Responsibilities

Join Les Mills Asia Pacific and help us inspire millions to move!

Are you a hands-on digital marketer who loves solving problems, figuring out how things work, and finding smarter ways to get results?

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur and help us grow and optimise our digital marketing across Southeast Asia and Australia.

About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Growth Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing and optimising digital marketing activity that drives lead generation, customer engagement and conversion.

You’ll work across digital campaigns, email, SEO, SEM, paid media, CRM and marketing automation. Just as importantly, you’ll help us untangle existing systems and processes, troubleshoot challenges and find practical ways to improve how our digital marketing works. You’ll work closely with Marketing, IT and other teams as we continue building out HubSpot and connecting our campaigns, customer data and marketing automation.

This role will suit someone who enjoys both the technical and performance sides of marketing, and who is curious, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out. You’ll have the independence to explore and solve problems yourself, while knowing when to ask questions, collaborate and bring others in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute and optimise digital campaigns across email, CRM, paid media and other relevant digital channels.
  • Support lead generation, nurturing and conversion initiatives across key customer segments.
  • Support SEO, AEO, GEO and SEM initiatives to improve search visibility, traffic and conversion.
  • Build and optimise automated communications and customer journeys using HubSpot, Mailchimp and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage audience segmentation, personalisation, lead workflows and customer data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency through automation and optimisation.
  • Track and analyse digital campaign, website, lead-generation and conversion performance.
  • Turn performance data into clear insights and practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Digital Growth Manager, wider Marketing team and other departments to support digital growth priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, CRM, email marketing, marketing automation or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience executing and optimising digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring or optimising CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • Experience building automated workflows, customer journeys, audience segments and personalised communications.
  • Practical understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, campaign tracking and conversion optimisation.
  • A curious, resourceful and solutions-focused mindset, with the resilience and patience to work through complex systems and challenges where the answer may not be immediately obvious.
  • A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, with the confidence to investigate and troubleshoot independently and the judgement to ask for support when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with campaign and customer data.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work across Marketing, IT and other teams to get things done.

You’ll Love This Role If You...

  • Get satisfaction from figuring things out, especially when the answer isn't immediately obvious.
  • Enjoy untangling complex systems and finding better ways to make them work together.
  • Like using data to understand what's working, what's not and what to do next.
  • Enjoy taking ownership while still collaborating and asking for help when needed.
  • Get excited about automation, smarter customer journeys and making marketing more effective and efficient.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic, collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Exposure to digital marketing across Australia and Southeast Asia.
  • The opportunity to work across acquisition and performance marketing while helping us evolve our CRM and automation capabilities.
  • The chance to help evolve how Les Mills Asia Pacific uses data, technology and digital marketing to drive growth.
  • And, of course, the opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating a fitter planet.

We also value work-life balance and offer a range of fitness initiatives, including access to a workout studio with equipment and virtual workouts at our office.

Location & Hours

This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur office, conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from an MRT station.
