About the Role
We're looking fora reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle the company's fullset of accounts. You'll manage day-to-day accounting operations through to month-end and year-end closing, and work closely with management, external auditors and tax agents.

About the Role
We're looking fora reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle the company's fullset of accounts. You'll manage day-to-day accounting operations through to month-end and year-end closing, and work closely with management, external auditors and tax agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AR, AP and fixed assets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports
- Perform month-end and year-end closing, including accruals, prepayments and journal entries
- Prepare bank, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations
- Process supplier payments and monitor customer collections
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS
- Assist with corporate tax computation and liaise with tax agents
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules
- Handle payroll processing and CPF submissions(if required)
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records and ensure compliance with SFRS
- Support ad hoc finance projects and reporting as assigned
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance (LCCI Level 3 or ACCA welcome)
- 2–3 years' experience handling full set of accounts
- Good knowledge of SFRS, GST and IRAS requirements
- Hands-on experience with accounting software(e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or SAP)
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
