We are partnering with a well-established and highly recognised Singapore organisation with a long-standing presence and an important role in the community. The organisation operates within Singapore's broader public and institutional landscape and, as it continues to evolve and transform for the future, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with its C-suite and senior leadership team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to operate beyond traditional HR advisory work. The role will have a meaningful voice in organisation design, workforce strategy, leadership, talent and transformation, while leading a small team of HR Business Partners supporting the business.

The Opportunity

• Reporting into the Head of People and supporting 3 business units, you will be working directly with senior business leaders, you will help translate business priorities into practical people and organisational strategies.
• You will advise and challenge leaders on organisation and workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, succession, talent, culture and organisational change. A significant part of the mandate will involve transformation, helping the organisation evolve its structures, capabilities and ways of working for the future.
• You will also take ownership of workforce and headcount planning, partnering closely with Finance and business leadership to ensure people investments are aligned with organisational priorities.

Who We're Looking For

• We are interested in accomplished HR professionals with 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including substantial experience partnering senior executives and business leadership teams.
• You should bring strong experience in HR business partnering, organisational transformation, workforce planning and people leadership, together with the commercial judgement and confidence to influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders.
• Candidates who have worked within government-linked organisations, public institutions, statutory bodies or other complex stakeholder environments are particularly welcome, although experience in these sectors is not a prerequisite.
• Most importantly, we are looking for someone who combines strategic perspective with the willingness to remain close to the business.
