MATCHA BARISTA — Turn your love for matcha into a craft
Location: Guoco Tower or Takashimaya
Working hours: 35 or 44 hours per week
At Matsu, every cup is a chance to share the tradition, craftsmanship and beauty of Japanese matcha. We’re looking for curious, caring people who love matcha and enjoy making someone’s day a little better.

You don’t need to know everything about matcha yet. Bring curiosity, care and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do
• Whisk matcha and prepare drinks consistently.
• Take orders, recommend drinks and manage collection.
• Share matcha stories and help customers discover their favourites.
• Build relationships with regular customers.
• Operate and care for our stone mill; collect and pack matcha powder.
• Open and close the outlet.
• Receive and replenish stock and retail displays.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and ready for service.
