Beecruit Pte Ltd Hiring! Full Time Automation Engineer (Injection Moulding - Assembly) in - Ricebowl

We are urgently hiring an Automation Engineer to develop and support manufacturing automation that improves productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions for injection moulding, assembly, conveyors, vision inspection and testing equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, robots and motion control systems.
• Support robot take-out, insert loading, degating and post-moulding operations.
• Develop and optimise assembly automation, including part feeding, pick-and-place, screw fastening, press-fit and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults, conduct preventive maintenance and support production, mould trials and new product launches.
• Improve cycle times, equipment reliability and process stability.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with machine safety and company EHS requirements.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers and system integrators on automation projects, upgrades and training.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on industrial automation experience in medical device and/or precision plastic manufacturing.
• Strong experience with injection moulding machines and associated automation.
• Proven experience in assembly machine automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to support production independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
