We build credit products - cash loans, escrow-linked advances, and working capital facilities - that give merchants the financial flexibility to grow their businesses. Our products live at scale across markets in Southeast Asia and Latin America.

Job Description

• Own a set of credit products end-to-end - from problem identification and requirements through engineering delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration
• Drive cross-functional delivery with business team, credit risk, operations, engineering, and local market teams to ship well-designed lending products across multiple markets
• Define and track product metrics across the lending lifecycle; use data to identify where merchants drop off and determine what to prioritise next
• Research competitors and bring outside-in perspective to product decisions
  
  

Requirements

• Min. 1 year experience in product management, or a role where you owned complex problems end-to-end
• Sharp analytical thinking - you reach conclusions through data and logic.
• Clear written communication - you can explain something complicated simply
• High ownership - you identify problems before they're flagged, and follow through until they're resolved
• Comfortable working across cultures and time zones with cross-functional stakeholders

• Prior exposure to lending, credit, or payments products
• Experience in SME finance, merchant financing, supply chain finance, or working capital products
• Experience in multi-market product environments
