Job Overview
A well-established telecommunications company in Malaysia is looking for a Retail Consultant to provide outstanding customer service, support sales activities and assist customers with mobile plans, devices and digital services in a dynamic retail environment.

Working Days/ Hours:

• Monday to Sunday: 9:30AM - 7:00PM
• 6 working days per week
• Subjected to business requirement

Salary Package:

• RM2150 - RM2500 monthly
• Mandarin Language Allowance - RM500 (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on Mobile plans, devices, broadband & other services
• Achieve sales targets through upselling & cross-selling
• Handle customer enquiries & complaints professionally
• Process activations, renewals, upgrades & related documents according to SOPs
• Keep updated with the latest promotions & product launches
• Build good customer relationships & provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in sales, retail, or telco industry is an added advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good command in English & Bahasa (Spoken & Written)
• Good in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
