Proficiency in using nursery equipment and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Assist in the daily operations of the nursery, including planting, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.

Monitor plant health and growth, identifying and addressing any issues.

Maintain records of nursery activities, including inventory, planting schedules, and sales.

Operate and maintain nursery equipment and tools.

Support the implementation of horticultural best practices.

Assist with the propagation and cultivation of various plant species.
