• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Preferable one of year experience in a customer service role OR experienced in coaching, training, or educating in a sales environment

As a Pre-Sales Customer Specialist, you will be working with our Global Advertisement Platform Leader Account to deliver excellent customer experience. You are also required to perform these job functions:

• To receive incoming calls from clients and potential advertisers,

• To develop an understanding of business profiles, needs and expectations,

• To determine the online advertising goals of the caller,

• To develop and maintain a strong knowledge of available tools and systems,

• To develop expertise in online advertising and small business marketing practices and trends,

• To set reasonable and clear expectations that lead to satisfied customers,

• To communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure high quality service for customers.

• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.
