What you’ll do:

Lead, coach and develop the retail team

Drive sales performance and achieve business targets

Oversee store operations, merchandising and inventory

Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer concerns

Ensure store cleanliness, safety and operational compliance

What we’re looking for:

Experience in retail operations and team management

Strong leadership and communication skills

A sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
