Responsibilities
Location- near Lavendar
Lead the end-to-end delivery of PA’s AI Concierge, from product discovery and vision to launch and continuous improvement.
Define product strategy, roadmap and channel rollout across the PA Community App, WhatsApp and other PA touchpoints.
Work closely with Design and Engineering to align user experience, technical approach, scope and delivery priorities.
Establish dashboards and metrics to track AI answer quality, resident outcomes and adoption, with consistent data and safety rules across channels.
Require at least 7 years of Product Management experience, strong stakeholder management and proven delivery of measurable product outcomes.
The Company's principal activity is manpower contracting services with other information technology and computer services.
