Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead and drive LX Pantos business growth and performance across Asia.
Develop and execute mid to long term regional business strategies.
Implement effective and competitive marketing strategies.
Oversee cost management to maximise revenue and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
Report weekly, monthly and quarterly regional performance.
Mentor, coach and develop sales teams to achieve business targets.
Identify and address performance issues to improve team effectiveness.
Develop a thorough understanding of company products, services and market competitors.
Identify operational and business challenges and implement effective solutions.
Work closely with Country Managers and Department Leaders to evaluate, approve and pursue market growth opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher. MBA, Master's Degree or Doctorate preferred.
Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Proven track record in senior executive leadership roles within multinational or global organisations.
Strong experience in regional business management, strategic planning, business development and operational leadership.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision making skills.
Proficiency in English is required.
Communication and collaboration with Korean-speaking headquarters, stakeholders and business partners, proficiency in Korean will be an advantage.
