Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
- Familiar with accounting concepts and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL,) is preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple outlet accounts
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills, especially with outlet staff
Responsibilities
- Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries and bank reconciliations
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
- Perform any other finance or administrative tasks as required by the superior
