Accounts Receivable Executive
Aventis Capital Group Sdn Bhd

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer payment records, monitor outstanding balances and support timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Record customer payments accurately and allocate receipts to the correct accounts.
• Monitor overdue balances and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Prepare accounts receivable ageing reports and collection updates.
• Coordinate with Finance, Credit Administration and Collection teams to resolve account issues.
• Maintain complete supporting documents and assist with month-end closing and audit enquiries.
• Handle customer information confidentially and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication, reconciliation and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in financing or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Ability to speak Tamil is an added advantage.
