We’re Hiring – Customer Service Executive (Mandarin/Cantonese)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Employment: Permanent
Shift: Permanent Night Shift
Working Days: 5 days/week (Monday–Sunday)
Basic Salary: Up to RM 4,000–RM 4,500
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, and/or email.
Provide customer support in Cantonese and Mandarin as required.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Record and update customer interactions in the system/CRM.
Be comfortable working on a permanent night shift and roster schedule.
