The QC Trainee / QC Staff is responsible for field inspections to ensure estate team are carried out according to standards and procedures (manuring, harvesting, crop quality grading, black bunch census, check pruning standard, check road and bridge condition).

The role involves identifying field issues, recording findings, preparing reports, and following up on corrective actions.
