• Diploma in any Engineering Discipline

• Diploma fresh graduate are encourage to apply

• 1-2 years working experience in Manufacturing environment

• Able to interpret technical (mechanical) drawing is an added advantage

• Preferable experience with Microsoft Excel and computer literate

Core Duty 

• To prepare advance CMM programming for casting/machining parts

• To prepare dimension identification (ID) on drawing

• To receive and convert CAD data to CMM for measuring preparation (windows only) for hog-outs, casting part and high complexity parts

• To measure casting and machining parts

• To identify and re-measure for NG dimensions

• To identify and prepare CMM jigs concept design

• To feedback NG dimensions to Development Engineer and process owner for process improvement

• To check/compare old and new revision - old new cavity parts

• To convert windows base CMM program to DOS base

Secondary Duty 

• To perform non - CMM measurement

• To conduct training and handover CMM programs to Production QA team

• To continuous improvement via new measuring method to reduce tuning iteration
